cibi
FinTech
cibi merges rewards with dining payments, establishing a dynamic ecosystem for both restaurants and diners. At its core, cibi introduces the CB coin, the restaurant currency that is generated through the variety of rewards offered by restaurants, which induces a cycle of consumption and spending within its network. Restaurants cater and deploy targeted incentives to specific diner profiles to boost and sustain their overall occupancy, effectively stabilising their consumer flow and maximising payment and checkout efficiency.
For diners, cibi is the seamless and socially engaging platform to earn rewards for every meal paid: users scan the table's cibi Tap, complete their payment, and instantly earn. These rewards are not just a benefit from dining at one establishment but are part of a broader network, where diners accumulate and spend CBs across various restaurants within the cibi community. The system not only facilitates individual savings but also fosters a socially gamified environment, where the joy of dining out is enhanced by the shared experience of earning and sharing rewards with friends.
This unique position at the intersection of payments and rewards creates a mutually beneficial relationship between restaurants and diners. Restaurants gain a sustainable model for customer attraction and retention, while diners enjoy a streamlined process of earning rewards, seamlessly integrated into their dining experience.
